Awards encourage student attendance and Participation at EAPL conferences, and promote academic excellence among students.

Best Poster Awards (1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd Place)

This award is presented to the best poster presented by a student at an EAPL conference. It rewards a combination of excellent research, innovation, and presentation. A small panel of experts, including the EAPL president and a representative of the EAPL-S, will judge this award.

First Place (200 Euro): For the most outstanding poster.

Second Place (150 Euro); Third Place (100 Euro).

Requirements:

• Applicant is a member of the EAPL
• Has documentation proving current student status
• Is presenting a poster at the EAPL conference

Purpose of award: To facilitate the participation of students in conferences, rather than mere attendance. This award also helps students reduce the monetary loss they have incurred in order to attend the conference, while rewarding their participation.

Travel Awards

The travel awards are meant for students who cannot financially afford to attend the conference. We would like to offer 3 travel awards, each worth 150 €. We will give out one award to the student traveling from the furthest away, one for the highest GPA and one for the best research proposal.
